Definition of preventive maintenance of the machinery and/or equipment assigned to your department.
Definition of the inventory levels of spare parts for dies and consumables of the machinery used for the maintenance of the dies, in the Tool Crib.
Selection of equipment used in the process, suppliers for the acquisition of process equipment.
Selection of suppliers for the manufacture of steel and carbide spare parts for carbide progressive dies.
Definition of the safety characteristics required by the process.
Creation and modification of work instructions, check‐lists for preventive and corrective maintenance of progressive carbide dies.
Acceptance of Compliant and Non‐Compliant products.
Definition of gags and measuring equipment required in the process.
