Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Will require the ability to follow direct to minimal supervision in a positive team environment.
- Efficient handling methods for material
- Ability to use power saws, and nail guns.
- Willingness to fully understand the Metrie Canada quality standards.
- Proactive ability to make use of machine down time by supporting the area and the operator.
- Punctuality and virtually non-existent absenteeism.
- Positive desire for continuous improvement.
