The Personnel Coordinator is responsible for general crew management and welfare, with focus on safety, compliance, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Support communications between seafarers and the team, ensuring that all queries are managed and resolved in a timely manner. Support and participate in regular internal and client audits. Liaise with the Marine Personnel Specialist to ensure effective crew changes in line with client requirements. Manage and coordinate all office visits of our seafarers, including de-briefs and appraisals. Responsibility for coordinating crew induction process for new joiners and offboarding process for leavers.
