About the Job
Develop and implement comprehensive plans to expand patient access to our treatments by articulating agreements with different stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Align & develop business priorities with other internal stakeholders, setting ambitious goals.
- Ensure team development through inspiring leadership and coaching, providing timely feedback and action plans.
- Lead the development & execution of integrated account plans to ensure broad patient access and early adoption of our treatments.
- Explore and implement innovative models for broad patient access for key assets.
- Maintain high level stakeholder management with key decision makers of HTA organizations, Public & Private Health Systems, and other relevant organizations.
