What you will do

In this vital role you will sit within the Value, Access & Policy department and operates at the intersection of pricing, reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement, aligning internal teams with external payer needs to drive both access and business outcomes. The role is accountable for ensuring Amgen’s innovative and biosimilar therapies achieve timely coverage and reimbursement by private insurers in Canada.
This position focuses on shaping and executing payer strategies, leading negotiations, and leveraging established relationships with private insurance stakeholders to secure optimal patient access. It requires strong executive presence and credibility when engaging with private payers, representing the organization effectively in high-impact external interactions.
