As a Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting operations by handling key client tasks, delivering efficient workflows, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the success of our mid‐enterprise group markets.
This role focuses on non‐client‐facing duties, including handling policy documentation, managing client records, and supporting client service deliverables.
You will also partner with cross‐functional teams on impactful client deliverables and play an essential role in our benefits renewal cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor competitors and market positioning to inform strategic initiatives.
Work directly with our insurance carrier partners to ensure accurate policy issuance and updates.
Process, organize, and maintain client files, policy documents, and claims data.
