Role Overview
Playing Captain Role
- The leader will manage an individual business target along with Team Target
- Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module.
Non-Playing Captain Role
- The leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.
- Compensation structure includes a Bonus Module.
- Expected to onboard and move a team of 4-5 members along with joining.
