Drive engagement and awareness for the Drayton Entertainment Youth Academy as a Marketing & Development Associate. This role focuses on both marketing and fundraising efforts to enhance participation.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will use your skills in communications and fundraising to execute strategies that highlight the Academy's programs and impact. Your efforts will include cultivating donor relationships, creating engaging marketing campaigns, and representing the Academy within the community to advocate for the value of arts education.
