Job Responsibilities
- Follow-up on client leads and register clients on the Rosemark app software
- Scheduling/visiting retirement homes, doctors, hospitals and any other identified referrals
- Develop, plan, implement and monitor marketing campaigns
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, press releases, media events, radio messaging, etc
- Find caregivers and conduct due diligence as per mandatory requirement using the ‘blue book’. Prepare the ‘green book’ to be dropped at clients location upon registering a client
- Conduct periodic field visits to observe caregivers while at work. Monitor arrivals/departure times, qualified appearance, client relationship, and match of caregiver to client. Take appropriate action in areas requiring improvement
- Answer/receive client and caregiver enquiries on phone or email
- Follow through on accounts receivable
