will support the coordination of activities between central teams and local markets, acting as a point of reference for communication and request tracking. The resource will assist in managing eCRM-related topics, helping markets correctly raise issues and requests, and ensuring proper follow-up with internal teams such as CDP and Marketing Automation. The role also includes supporting campaign and segmentation activities, verifying that processes are correctly followed and providing basic guidance where needed.
