We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to oversee and scale performance marketing initiatives across LATAM markets. This role is focused on accelerating sustainable growth through data-driven acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and has a strong understanding of regional market behavior, digital marketing trends, and customer lifecycle optimization.
