Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing efforts across two divisions: SmileShop Marketing and Marketing4ECPs, starting with a small team with opportunity to grow.
- Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive leads for the sales teams and increase engagement with existing clients.
- Manage social media, website strategy, paid advertising, trade shows and events, overall brand presence, and more.
- Collaborate with leaders across the business, make smart, data-informed decisions, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives.
- Be both strategic and hands-on, with direct impact on how our brands show up in the market and how we grow.
