This managerial role requires reporting to the Head of Growth, Sales, and Bids while steering the development and execution of a dynamic growth strategy across NORAM. With an emphasis on Deployable and Mission Critical Infrastructure, you'll manage business pipelines and spearhead marketing initiatives to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shape a strategy for NORAM business account growth
• Develop a comprehensive 5-year business plan
• Track order intake and report on forecasted sales
• Maintain and update the sales opportunity pipeline
• Cultivate relationships across various government departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred
• Solid experience in defence or aerospace sectors
