Job Description
Morningstar is seeking a Materials Controller to join the Maintenance Division. The Materials Control team is based in Calgary (YYC). The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to the Calgary area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Control, ship and receive all aircraft parts and materials in accordance with company procedures;
- Maintain the main stores in accordance with company procedures;
- Procurement of ad hoc and regular stock items for the various bases and locations that Morningstar operates from;
- Maintain the Shelf Life program;
- Maintain Core return/exchange items;
- Maintain warranty claims;
- Maintain scrap parts program.
Qualifications
- Materials Control experience in aviation is preferred;
- Experience with WHMIS, Dangerous Goods;
- Experience with Inventory programs beneficial;
- Must be able to lift up to 34 kg;
