MBC is seeking a Carpentry and Maintenance Technician to support various projects and ensure the upkeep of our beautiful properties. This role combines carpentry, general maintenance, and operational tasks.
In your capacity as a technician, you will deliver skilled carpentry solutions while also aiding in the maintenance of grounds, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You’ll be vital in meeting project deadlines and budgetary targets while adhering to safety regulations.

• Execute carpentry repairs to MBC specifications
• Support general maintenance under Facilities Manager
• Maintain organized and safe workspaces
• Operate and care for various maintenance equipment
• Assist in emergency maintenance situations
