Cutting – Using knives, other carving tools and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim meats for our customers Merchandising – Ensuring counters and display cases are filled and merchandisedReceiving – Receive, inspect and store product General Meat Department Duties – Housekeeping, opening, closing, sanitization of meat room & equipment and assisting with inventory Who you are:
