Job Description
We are looking for hands‑on detail focused individual to join our company as a full‑time Mechatronic Technician Lead who will be part of the growing manufacturing team. This role will be primarily responsible for the assembly of our latest systems along with supervisory tasks of junior technicians or coop students. You will report to the Manufacturing Floor Manager to ensure customer sales orders are consistently filled in time. In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Be able to assemble new or repair systems, and potentially test depending on aptitude, to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of our product meets or exceeds required standards
- Utilize our ERP to update system status and log issues
- Train, supervise, convey priorities, assign tasks, and set clear expectations to junior or coop technical staff on the manufacturing line as required, with guidance from the Manufacturing Floor Manager, to ensure the quality and quantity of prod...
