Responsibilities
- participating in technical, professional and quality in‑services and education
- participating in staff and patient experience and feedback initiatives, professional development, teaching/educational activities, safety and quality improvement programs to ensure excellence in the provision of services
- reading and confirming laboratory policies and procedures through document control software
- forwarding suggestions for policy and procedure improvement or corrections required to the Charge or Team Leader
- performing laboratory procedures for specific discipline(s) and functions and ensuring the completion of assigned workload
