Performance Media Buyer (Remote - Argentina (GMT-3))

We're a US-based performance affiliate marketing company. We're looking for a sharp media buyer based in Argentina to run paid campaigns at scale.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok Ads
- Manage five-figure monthly ad budgets across finance lead gen campaigns
- Optimize for downstream conversions (CPL, CPA, funded loans), not just clicks
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments daily
- Build and scale new traffic sources
- Report on performance weekly with clear insights on what's working and why
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance affiliate marketing specifically. Not brand marketing. Not social media management. Affiliate/lead gen.
