GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Provides professional medical care under supervision for clinic patients.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports directly to Practice Manager/Director of Practice Management.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Duties performed in this position include but are not limited to the following:

Performs selected clinical and clerical duties.

Enters physician orders/instructions into EMR system.

Prepares charts two days in advance gathering all outside consults/diagnostic testing/lab work ordered and performed since last visit.

Prepares patients for examination and treatment.

Takes patient histories and vital

Prepares exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments.
