Overview
The Medical Manager is a key strategic leadership role that leverages therapeutic area expertise and business understanding to address medical needs in clinical practice. The role supports optimal use of Roche products, aligns local medical plans with global objectives, and safeguards compliance, ethics, and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the local medical plan, identifying data gaps, designing local studies, budgeting, site selection, and feasibility assessment.
- Align the local plan with local marketing, CT/IMT/DST strategy, and the global medical plan under supervision of the Medical Director.
- Oversee congress participation and guideline development, providing medical expertise to the brand team.
- Maintain high ethical standards, complying with Roche SOPs and local/international regulations.
