Job Description

Lead technical support for Medium Voltage Products at Rockwell Automation from a hybrid setup in Cambridge, ON. Supervise a talented team, drive improvement in processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage Technical Support specialists serving French Canada and ensuring effective repair systems remotely. You’ll oversee engineers during complex troubleshooting, engage with various teams—Customer Care, Product Management, and R&D—and implement integrated support strategies for Medium Voltage Products. A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field is required, along with strong management skills.
