Position Summary
The Meeting Planning Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of external and internal events aligned with business objectives, brand priorities, and stakeholder engagement strategies. This role leads the creation of impactful in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences for internal and external audiences, ensuring operational excellence, budget optimization, compliance adherence, and elevated attendee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic events, congresses, advisory boards, speaker programs, leadership meetings, and commercial operations initiatives.
- Manage interactions and logistics involving HCPs and HCOs in alignment with compliance and transparency requirements.
- Oversee credentialing processes, attendee documentation, contracting coordination, and compliance workflows.
