Job Description

  • Explore new customers and expand business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Secure orders based on sales budget and factory capacity planning.
  • Conduct price quotation & negotiation with customers.
  • Lead, supervise and guide a team of sale and merchandisers to maintain and build up good rapport with customers.
  • Co-ordinate closely with Product Development and Procurement team in sourcing for the right fabric mills or trim and accessories suppliers.
  • Serve as a problem solver by bridge good relationship between buyers and production factories.
  • Work very closely with merchandising team on samples development & management, orders follow up, product quality and delivery arrangement.
  • Verify on all buyers and suppliers related claims.
