Merrithew is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator located in Scarborough, Ontario. This hybrid full-time position focuses on enhancing the customer experience through robust support and administration.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Service, you'll manage inquiries and assist with order processing in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy as you manage customer relations and support team functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain primary contact for customer service inquiries and support
• Assist in processing replacement part orders
• Perform database updates within the CRM system
• Facilitate monthly meetings with agenda preparation
