Job Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous advancement of factory production informatization and stable operation of the MES system, providing 24/7 technical support to guarantee software functionality.
- Compile issues arising during production, propose temporary and long-term solutions to enhance operational quality; respond promptly to customer and internal requests, engaging throughout the entire process to ensure smooth software implementation and utilization.
- Conduct periodic user training sessions to improve software proficiency.
Position Requirements
- Education/Major: Bachelor's degree or higher; Electronics major preferred.
- Experience/Skills: Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics industry, with software development or operations experience. Proficiency in SQL Server/Oracle databases and software development processes. Strong understanding of C#/.NET/Java.
