Job Description
MES Engineer – San Jose Iturbide, GUA, MX, *****
Purpose:
Work with a cross‐functional team including IT and manufacturing to deploy Sepasoft MES modules, focusing on settings, changeover, and OEE.
Support and expand the existing Ignition SCADA systems for machine recipe delivery, build visualizations to monitor line performance and machine health.
Interface with corporate ERP and other systems to provide and collect information to/from the workforce (work instructions, contextual data, manual event triggers, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Support existing Ignition and Sepasoft MES deployment at the San Jose Iturbide site, managing equipment hierarchy and asset connectivity.
Configure and customize Sepasoft MES modules to expand usage to new areas of the plant.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure stability and reliability.
Provide training and technical support to end‐users and stakeholders on MES functionalities.
