TTI, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for its Mexico branch.
Responsibilities- Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery by coordinating special requests with the Branch Coordination group.
- Coordinates issue resolution with Sales Representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sale‑to‑shipping process.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.
- Assists with processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information using the computer supplier access.
- Processes order confirmation files by reviewing data.
- Provides support to Sales Representatives by returning phone calls to customers, sending samples and sales literature, and researching and preparing customer return authorizations and replacement orders.
