About the role
Versatile Software Engineering Manager to lead a team developing embedded control software for our Commercial HVAC systems.
The role focuses on embedded Linux on touch screen displays and guiding junior developers in a geographically dispersed team.
Key responsibilities
Develop software solutions using Agile methodologies that satisfy user stories/requirements.
Participate in project planning, provide well‐estimated solutions, and drive technical reviews.
Manage and resolve technical conflicts among stakeholders impacting the software development team.
Provide day‐to‐day technical guidance and mentorship for team members.
Evaluate software solutions and system performance; ensure technical integrity of deliverables.
Manage installation, configuration, deployment, and integration of software solutions; document processes.
