Role:
Definition, implementation, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 governance model; Management of the Hub 365 (currently managed by the client), ensuring alignment with standards and best practices; Creation, update, and maintenance of management and operational documentation for the M365 ecosystem; Management of Microsoft 365 licensing, including different types, profiles, and optimization considering the existing complexity and lack of structured information in ITSM; Management of authorized domains for external sharing and respective policies; Management of visibility, ownership, and lifecycle of Microsoft Teams; Management and governance of Microsoft 365 Groups; Management of access rights in the context of M365 mobility; Handling of 3rd level requests and incidents; Definition of operational and lifecycle procedures;
