Responsibilities include handling staff onboarding, managing emails, and maintaining systems critical to the firm's continuity. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments will contribute to a supportive environment for advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage user profiles and device configuration
• Handle onboarding and offboarding for staff
• Manage quarantined emails and email archiving
• Conduct monthly user license reviews for optimization
• Serve as liaison with external IT partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
