Job Description
We’re looking for a hands on Reporting & Operational Analyst to join our data product team. This role combines operational support and reporting development (50/50), helping ensure accurate data processes while building high quality reports that drive business decision making.
Responsibilities
Operational (50%)
- Maintain and execute daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting processes
- Monitor batch processes and ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance
- Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues
- Support business users with day to day requests
Reporting (50%)
- Design, build, and maintain reports using best practices and testing standards
- Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements
