Provide essential maternity care in Inuit communities at Inuulitsivik Health Center. This locum midwife position offers exciting opportunities to mentor students while delivering vital health services.
Inuulitsivik Health Center is seeking locum midwives to cover staffing needs from July through September. You will replace local midwives on leave and engage in ongoing education efforts for community students. Regular locum commitments of 2-6 months are expected, offering potential bonuses for remote practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Replace midwives on holiday or leave.
• Participate in maternity care and student education.
• Cover needs during winter holidays.
• Commit to regular locums in village maternities.
