Role Overview
TD Canada Trust is seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with potential mortgage clients through referral channels and direct sales to grow TD's mortgage business.
Responsibilities
- Develop mortgage leads by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.
- Deliver targeted sales training and continuously improve sales skills and credit knowledge.
- Use the sales management system to manage customer interactions and close sales.
- Participate in joint sales calls with the Sales Manager and attend monthly coaching sessions.
- Utilize tools to support home‑office sales, including laptop, email, network access, and phone allowance.
