Beem Credit Union is seeking a Money Advisor in New Westminster to provide full‑cycle banking services and cultivate lasting member relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with credit union members, seeking new members, opening new accounts, and maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members.
- Provide full‑cycle account services including general banking transactions, deposits, investment and lending needs, and resolving account issues.
- Proactively connect with members to identify needs, seek opportunities for additional and future business, and strengthen members’ banking relationships with Beem Credit Union.
- Collaborate with branches and other departments, provide referrals to product specialists, and ensure a superior member experience that increases business across the credit union.
