Multinational Services Manager
This role is responsible for leading the Multinational Services and operations for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit, ensuring service excellence and stakeholder collaboration across global partners.
Hybrid work model: requires three days per week in‑person presence.
What you will do
- Directly responsible for attaining service goals, including production timeliness and quality standards.
- Lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists for servicing and compliance.
- Manage performance metrics, operational budgets, and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a customer‑centric team environment.
