Opportunity Zurich Canada is seeking a Multinational Services Manager to lead all servicing and operational activities for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure high‑quality service delivery and a best‑in‑class customer experience. The position is part of a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence.
