Job Description
Lead sewer management efforts with The Corporation of the City of North Vancouver as a full-time Supervisor 1 - Sewer. Your expertise will be crucial for effective planning and execution of maintenance and construction tasks.
Reporting to the Section Manager of Utilities, you will support the supervisor in directing daily operations within the sewer division. Your responsibilities will include overseeing construction teams, coordinating external contractors, and ensuring all safety protocols are met while working actively both in the field and at the Operations Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning of sewer construction projects
• Supervise maintenance tasks for storm and wastewater systems
• Manage work of truck drivers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
