Job Description
Hey there! Our family in Halifax, Nova Scotia is searching for a nurturing and attentive nanny to care for our 12-month-old during the summer months, and preferably into the fall if it’s a good fit. We’re hoping to hire as soon as possible for a summer start.
What you’d be helping with
This position is focused solely on our baby — our 4-year-old will be in care during the day. You’d be responsible for engaging our little one in age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, providing lunch and a snack, and helping with some light food or dinner prep. Both parents will be working from home, so we’ll always be nearby. We have a safe, fenced backyard and plenty of child-appropriate toys to make your days easy and fun. We do have a friendly dog in the home, but there’s no expectation of pet care.
