National Business Manager - Woolworths
Overview
Leading a key strategic partnership in Woolworths NZ, you will set strategic direction, lead a team of Customer Managers, and build joint value with the customer while delivering against sales and commercial targets. This role reports to the Head of Sales New Zealand and focuses on shaping customer strategy, driving sustainable, profitable growth, and achieving targets across sales, share and margin.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Net Sales Value, margin and market share targets within agreed trade spend parameters.
- Contribute to national category strategy by partnering with the Category Development team and providing customer and channel insights.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of three.
- Translate national strategies into customer-specific business plans, including annual plans, promotional calendars and joint initiatives.
