For our client, an international pharmaceutical company undergoing organizational growth, we are looking for a National Distribution & Key Account Manager.

In this role, you will take full ownership of external commercial partnerships — from managing distributor networks and key pharmacy accounts to leading a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs). You will play a vital role in executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring compliant and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • At least six years of experience in managing pharmacy chain and distribution sales teams,

  • Proven track record in managing sales across key pharmacy chains on country level,

  • Experience in managing KAMs and executing commercial strategies across multiple channels
