**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
· **PRN opportunity in a Level NICU environment**
· **24-hour shifts** with a consistent and structured care model
· **Average daily census of 9–12 patients**
· Work alongside **1 NNP per 24-hour shift** with:
· **MD on-site during the day**
