Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
- Fellowship trained in Neonatology
- Current BLS, NRP certifications

- Proficiency with Cerner, Ecare, or PowerChart EMR systems
- Strong clinical skills in managing Level 3 NICU cases
