Network Communications Specialist - Real Time | ATOC

In this role you will be responsible for communicating changes or disruptions to ensure customers can confidently navigate the transport network. You will manage real time communications across several channels including but not limited to; social media, AT Mobile App, and NZTA Journey Planner.
This role is a critical part of the Auckland Transport Operations Centre, planning and delivering the communications response to incidents and emergencies in real time. As part of the Network Communications team, you will work to ensure AT and NZTA maintain a high standard of consistent, external communications about the transport network.
You will be required to work rostered shifts with hours ranging from 530am-9pm. Weekend work will also be required as part of this role.
