We are developing a small, professionally managed cottage-style rental community in the Tulsa/Jenks, Oklahoma area.
This is NOT a luxury subdivision and NOT a mobile home park. It is a curated neighborhood of detached cottage-style rental homes with uniform exterior standards, clean spacing, and porch-focused design.
We are seeking a skilled architectural visualization artist to create photorealistic renderings for pre-leasing and market validation purposes.
The renderings will be used for:
• Website
• Paid ads
• Leasing interest page
• Investor materials

We need the following renderings:
1. Exterior Streetscape (Hero Image)
• 4–6 detached cottage homes visible
• Clean concrete driveways
• Proper spacing between homes (not tight)
• Covered porches
• Warm exterior lighting (early evening option preferred)
• Landscaping: simple, clean, intentional
