Assist in the day to day operations of the Front Office department including lobby services and security functions, ensuring that standards are maintained in these areas, efficiency evident and customer’s needs met and expectations exceeded. Maintain the Public Areas in line with brand standards and ensuring cleanliness
- on 2nd Floor in line with regulations. Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
- Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage.
- Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
- Ensure the safety and security of Hotel Guests and their property whilst staying at the Hotel.
- To prepare the in-room dinning during overnight, deliver food to guest in a promised time frame
- To ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy after preparing the room service order
