You'll also maintain accurate documentation and help manage unit supplies as part of a cohesive healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with direct patient care as directed by RN
• Perform technical skills including vital signs
• Facilitate personal care and hygiene for patients
• Support patients in mobility and exercise
• Track patient care documentation and supplies
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized CNA program
• Washington State Nurse Assistant certification required
• Basic Life Support upon hire necessary
