- Oversee all hotel operations during the night as the manager on duty
- Manage night audit process, including financial reconciliation and reporting
- Handle front desk operations: check ins, check outs, guest requests, and complaints
- Ensure accuracy of all postings, room rates, and accounts in Opera
- Conduct regular security walks and ensure safety of guests, staff, and property
- Perform light cleaning and ensure public areas are well maintained
- Assist with guest needs, including luggage and late arrivals
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
- Prepare reports and ensure a smooth handover to the morning team
