About This Opportunity

Here is a refreshing opportunity for a Production Supervisor who is looking to lead a team and optimize operations within a large supply chain. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for manufacturing products using safe and efficient processes while supervising members of the production team. This opportunity is for our production facility located in Lachine. 
Evening shift: 1:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage employees, including scheduling, absences, staffing, training, performance evaluation, development, and all other aspects related to managing a production team in a unionized environment. 

  • Support operational efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs). 

  • Understand and manage the manufacturing process, including mixing, filling, and packaging.
