Lead the glass manufacturing operations at North Star Windows and Doors in St. Thomas, Ontario. As a Team Leader, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring safety and quality benchmarks are met.
In this vital role, you'll work directly under the Senior Team Leader, supervising a team of approximately 30-40 employees. You will ensure proper equipment maintenance, conduct safety training, and support performance management. Collaborating across functions will be essential to creating a positive team culture and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise glass shop team across two shifts
• Conduct regular safety meetings and audits
• Manage Quality Scan Stations for defect control
• Facilitate performance management with constructive feedback
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and maintenance
